About us? The organic farm has been created in July, 1990. It is family-run. The family is composed of Luciana (the owner), Anastasio and Giovanna. Almost everything we use in cooking comes either from our vegetable garden and our cattle breeding, or it comes from local farms. The cuisine is creative, altough we use only season products. The buildings where our clients stay overnight, and where they take their meals, have been renewed according to their primal setting, with natural and antique local materials, in obedience to the local building characteristics and of the landscape architecture. The furnishings are hand-made, too. We used recovered materials: antique paving materials, parts of antique forniture or antique doors, remains of old eye-witness accounts. The plastering and the interior paint is made with a natural tecnique, called “malta romana”(without additives, in total respect to landscape architecture) . The result is a particular and natural aspect of the walls.
